The treasure of friendship
I've often been told,

Is worth much more than
silver or gold.

And I've discovered
since I have met you,

That everything I've heard
is so very true.

You have proven to me
to be such a jewel,

Your friendship has erased
all that is cruel.

I want you to know that I treasure you,
my friend,

And that my love for you
will never end.
